Churches with multi-cultural congregations, with majority white, black or one race staff struggle to fully understand and practice the Gospel which empowers the minority groups in their Church to lead and calls the entire Church into various cultural expressions of Song, Preaching Style, Food, and Seconday Perspectives.

That is one major reason so many younger Christians can't befriend and invite into community their cross-cultural friends. Their Church is stuck in one cultural expression like eating vanilla ice cream everyday, when God has made 31 flavors.
